- Safe Dismantling: To protect the historical environment and neighboring structures, the old deteriorated building was dismantled manually, ensuring complete safety without the vibrations caused by heavy machinery.
- Technological Stability: For the foundation, we utilized advanced Krystaline technology. This ensures concrete waterproofing, strength, and structural stability in Batumi’s humid climate.
