Artex Parkline: Foundation Slab Concreting Completed

The final stage of foundation work has been completed at the Artex Parkline construction site - the concreting of the monolithic slab.

High-grade concrete was poured into the previously prepared reinforced cage. The work was carried out in a continuous mode using vibration techniques to eliminate voids and ensure a unified mass.

As a result, a monolithic reinforced concrete slab has been formed:

• Load Distribution: This slab takes the full load of the building's upper floors and distributes it evenly across the ground.
• Durability: Monolithic technology eliminates construction joints (seams), which increases the building's service life and safety.
